About two months ago, I placed an order on what I thought was the official Primark website. However, my package never arrived, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone for support. After reaching out to Primark’s official international customer service, I discovered that they do not conduct sales in Turkey, meaning the site I used was fake. Unfortunately, I’ve now lost the money I spent on this order, and I feel completely misled. I’m incredibly disappointed that such scams are not more visibly addressed to prevent customers from falling victim to fake sites.
