Preply Tutor Stopped Responding and Lessons Became Useless

Through the Preply platform, I paid approximately 30k to take mathematics lessons from a tutor named K D**. At first, I was satisfied with the lessons, but about four months ago, the tutor’s behavior became increasingly disrespectful and inattentive. He stopped replying to my messages altogether and often made excuses to justify his lack of engagement. This lack of communication continued even during the periods when I wasn’t taking lessons.
During the lessons, he frequently wasted about half of the time chatting instead of teaching, which made the sessions unproductive and ineffective. As a result, both my time and money were wasted. I always made my payments on time, yet I did not receive the quality of education I was promised.
Additionally, when I contacted Preply Customer Support, I received only automated responses and no real assistance. I am deeply disappointed with both the tutor’s unprofessional behavior and Preply’s lack of support in resolving this issue.
