I Paid for a Preply German Lesson but the Tutor Didn’t Show

Hi Preply team, I booked a private German lesson and paid in advance. However, the tutor never responded to my messages or showed up for the scheduled class. I ended up canceling the lesson myself since there was no communication at all.
Now I’m left with no class and no idea how to get my money back. I’m reaching out because I either want a full refund for the lesson I paid for or to be assigned a new tutor immediately so I can continue learning without losing the money I spent. This is extremely frustrating—students shouldn’t be left in the dark after paying. I hope you resolve this as soon as possible and help me move forward.
