I Cannot Access My Preply Account and Lost My Credit
I cannot log in to Preply, which I have been using for 6 months with the username somaonne****@outlook.com, and I had been attending regular classes. I am not receiving any response in any way. I have at least ₺3000 worth of credit and an active subscription remaining on my account. I even tried resetting my password and logging in from different devices, but nothing worked. It feels like I’ve been completely locked out without any explanation. I have no way to seek my rights, and my money has been effectively confiscated. I have a complaint and demand an immediate refund of the money I paid.
