Hoffman Dry Cleaning Shrinks Luxury Prada and Valentino Shirts Beyond Repair

I dropped off my Prada and Valentino brand t-shirts for dry cleaning at the Hoffman Dry Cleaning Çayyolu Park Avenue branch. Today, when I picked up my clothes, I noticed that all the t-shirts had shrunk excessively both in length and width, rendering them completely unwearable.

When I brought the situation to the store's attention immediately, they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. They stated that they would not fix the items and told me not to bring my clothes back if I didn't like their service. Due to both the high financial and specialized value of my garments and the lack of any resolution despite such a clear mistake, I am suffering significant hardship.

I demand reimbursement for the cost of my t-shirts damaged during the dry cleaning process and the full compensation of my financial loss.
