I purchased a pair of Prada launch model glasses from the Opal Optik Galataport store. When I got home, I realized they had only put the glasses in their case, without the brand's own pouch. The glasses are small, and the hard case is quite large, causing the glasses to hit the case hard when moved in my bag, which could damage them. I called the store to request a pouch, but they told me this model doesn't come with one. However, I informed them that a friend of mine bought the same glasses two months ago, and hers came with a pouch, providing them with a photo as proof. They then said that it’s not usually included, but they would send it to me, and they shipped it with a cash-on-delivery fee.

The delivery company, Yurtiçi Kargo, didn’t bring a card reader for the payment, and when I told them to come back with it, they took the pouch back and never returned. Later, they asked me to go to their branch to collect it myself. Since I didn't have the time, I messaged the Opal Optik Galataport store via WhatsApp, saying I would pick it up in person. At this point, a woman named F**** from Opal Optik Galataport was rude to me. I then researched and contacted F******** Y*****, who seemed to be in charge. After some investigation and praising himself and his brand, he called me back, suggesting that I pick up the pouch from the courier branch. He also mentioned that if the package were returned, it would cost twice the 130 TL shipping fee, implying they wouldn’t give me the pouch under those circumstances. I told him I no longer wanted the pouch and that his condescending attitude, as if they were doing me a favor by providing something that should have been included with a high-end brand product, was inappropriate. Additionally, I mentioned that I usually buy my glasses from Sunglass, and when I called them and explained the situation, they gladly offered to provide the original Prada pouch.

I’m highlighting the poor attitudes and unprofessional conduct of F******** Y***** and F**** Ö**** at Opal Optik Galataport. I want to inform others that you may encounter a lack of resolution for even the smallest issue with them. This is how customers are treated poorly despite spending their money.
