Poshmark Customer Service Is Completely Unreachable
Poshmark's customer service leaves much to be desired. Last week, I received a shipment of items that arrived in a damaged condition. Upon opening the box, it became apparent that certain dresses had lost their vibrancy, likely from frequent wear or washing. I reached out to the seller and informed them of my intention to return all of the items. The seller agreed, however, I am currently facing difficulties in obtaining a return label from the website. It seems that they have chosen to provide email support instead of offering a customer service phone number, possibly to avoid handling these types of problems directly. I've sent two emails, but it's been four days and I still haven't received a response.
