Poshmark Return Policy Is Not Easy-to-Use

I purchased a Chanel perfume from Poshmark on March 18th. The seller assured me that the perfume was genuine. Upon inspection of the perfume, I observed a distinct variation in its scent and a lack of longevity. Upon cross-referencing the information with the website, it became evident that it was indeed counterfeit. The following day, when I attempted to obtain a label for a return, I discovered that the return window was only 24 hours and unfortunately, I had exceeded that timeframe by 6 hours. Their return policy is absolutely absurd. It's possible that the perfume could have triggered allergies and other reactions after a few days, which would have made me suspect its authenticity. I have decided to delete my account and will not be using this site in the future.

I didn’t pay a small amount either, but when I opened my package, only the hair mask had been sent—there was no shampoo inside. When I reported this to Trendyol Assistant, I was told that a 5-busines...
