Popeyes Delivery Issue Made Worse By Missing Customer Support Channels

I am sharing this complaint regarding an order I placed from the Popeyes branch located in Uşak Karun Shopping Mall. Due to the lack of any direct customer support contact, both Popeyes as a corporate brand and Yemeksepeti have left customers without a clear point of communication, causing serious inconvenience.

Because there is no accessible phone number or reliable way to reach customer service, I found myself unable to resolve the issue related to my order. This lack of accountability and support from both Popeyes and Yemeksepeti is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their service standards.

I am sharing this experience to warn others who may consider using these services, so they do not face similar issues and frustration due to the absence of proper customer support channels.
