I'd like to express my displeasure with the Popeyes restaurant at Batman Merkez Kültür Mahallesi due to their poor management style. It's disheartening to see how much their product quality has deteriorated. I placed an order with Multinet on September 10, 2023. They first called and asked if I could pay in cash, which I declined. My order was delivered, but the food was cold and stale. Today, September 11, 2023, I ordered through Multinet once more, and they delivered my food. They did not, however, bother to show me the items they were delivering. This appears to be a recurring problem with this establishment. Has anyone else had similar issues with Popeyes in Batman? I'd like to hear about your experiences and any suggestions for how to improve the situation. It's critical for customers to have a positive dining experience, and I hope management can address this issue.
