Terrible Service, Wrong Orders, and No Refunds at Popeyes
Hello, I want to warn you not to eat at the Popeyes fast-food branch on Mesrutiyet Street! I have ordered from them three times. Does it happen often that my order is always messed up, missing items, and served cold? They didn't deliver one of my items, and when I told Trendyol about it, they refused to give me a refund, even though I didn't have anything to eat that day. They kept taking my money in an unfair way every time, and I can't forgive them for doing that. I get that sometimes there might be a mistake or something missing, but this happens every single time. It feels like they're always lying.

No action has been taken yet. I have placed orders three times, and all four were incorrect, incomplete, and cold. Sorry, but this is unacceptable! I wrote here because I noticed that no matter what we do, the indifference continues, and I am fed up. But then I read the comments about the Trendyol Popeyes Meşrutiyet branch and saw that you have done the same to everyone. There is not a single good review. You are an extremely poorly managed company that does not give employees their due. Personally, I hate it.
