I am experiencing serious issues with the update process on my Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition 5G (Poco X5 Pro 5G). My device is running MIUI 14 (14.0.2.0 TMSMIXN), but I cannot access update logs. Whenever I click on "What's New", I get an error saying, "You do not have permission to access update records."
Additionally, the HyperOS update is not appearing, and when I check for updates, it says "No updates available", even though I know an update should be released.
How can I fix this? I need a clear solution. Xiaomi/Poco, please resolve this issue and provide proper update access! I expect a quick response and a fix for this problem!
