I Haven’t Received the HyperOS Update on My Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G While Others Did

I own a Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and I’m beyond frustrated that the HyperOS update still hasn’t reached my device. It’s been days since the update was announced, and to make things even more confusing, my friend who uses a Redmi 13C — a lower-tier model — has already received the update. Meanwhile, I’m left waiting with no explanation.

I’ve checked for system updates multiple times, restarted my phone, ensured my region and settings are correct, but nothing has worked. This feels completely unfair. Why is a newer and more advanced model being ignored while older phones are getting priority?

I want Xiaomi to explain why my phone hasn’t received the HyperOS update yet. Is there a problem with my device, or is this a staggered rollout? If so, when exactly can I expect to get it? I’m asking Xiaomi to address this issue immediately and provide clarity to users who are being left behind for no reason. We deserve transparent communication and equal treatment across all models.
