Poco F4 Battery Burst While Charging
On Sunday, October 5, 2025, at around 2:30 AM, my Poco F4 smartphone suddenly exploded while charging with its original charger. The explosion rendered the phone completely unusable and caused a fire and heavy smoke in the room. During the incident, two of my rugs caught fire, and I also sustained burns on my hand, for which I have an official medical report.
The device’s warranty was due to expire in 25 days. Immediately after the incident, I contacted customer service and sent the device to the authorized service center in Levent, Istanbul, via Yurtiçi Kargo, for inspection. It has now been one week since delivery, and I still have not received any update or response.
Due to the severe material and emotional damages I’ve suffered, I am demanding compensation. I also request that my losses and health-related issues resulting from the explosion and fire be addressed urgently.
