I Received Faulty Samsung S25 Ultra and Accessories
You sold me the Samsung S25 Ultra with the claim that the selfie stick works via Bluetooth, but after receiving it, I found out it doesn’t even have Bluetooth. This was clearly a misleading sale and false information. You also said it would be fixed with a software update, but that turned out to be untrue as well. Unfortunately, that’s not the only issue—I’ve had problems with every product I bought from you. It’s been 40 days since I received the items, and still no resolution. The S25 Ultra constantly shows software errors. The Ttec earbuds are defective, and the Buff smart watch displayed my heart rate incorrectly as 156/167 instead of 174, causing me to visit doctors for months unnecessarily. You installed a dusty screen protector, gave me a phone case that doesn’t charge, and the power bank charges extremely slowly. I paid ₺2000 for a security system that doesn’t even have an entry code. My phone has failed five update attempts. Even worse, I traded in my high-performance Samsung 20 FE and you only valued it at ₺6000. I’ve spent a total of ₺124,000 with you, and you took my ₺20,000 phone on top of that. Everything I received is faulty, low-quality, and nearly unusable. Since March, I’ve been going back and forth to Turkcell stores, and no one has offered real help. I deeply regret trusting Turkcell. I paid for Samsung products, yet you handed me Ttec instead.
