Samsung A35 256GB Overheats Severely – No Support for Replacement or Refund

On December 10, 2024, I purchased a Samsung A35 256GB from the Arçelik store in Istanbul Marmara Park. Within the first 2-3 days of use, the phone began overheating excessively, reaching temperatures of 35-40°C. It was so hot that it burned my hands and face, making it impossible to use for calls until it cooled down.
I contacted Samsung Customer Service, and they attempted a remote connection to fix the issue, but it didn’t help. They advised me to take the phone to a service center. On January 4, 2025, I submitted the phone to Başarı Teknik Servis in Avcılar, Istanbul. On January 10, 2025, they returned the phone, claiming no fault was detected and stating that temperatures up to 48°C are "normal."
When I escalated the issue to a senior customer service representative, E***** Hanım, she reiterated that there was no issue with the phone and refused to offer a replacement or refund.
This is unacceptable for a brand like Samsung. I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Samsung must address this issue and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
