Poco C65 Proximity Sensor Issue – Screen Doesn’t Turn Off During Calls

I recently purchased a Poco C65 smartphone, but whenever I bring the phone to my ear during calls, the screen doesn’t turn off. Suspecting a proximity sensor issue, I sent it to the service center, and they replaced it with a new device. Unfortunately, the new phone has the same problem, suggesting this might be a chronic issue with this model.

I’m concerned about how the company intends to resolve this ongoing problem. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as it has caused significant inconvenience.
