My Poco X6 Pro 5G Does Not Charge After Battery Dies - I Want Replacement

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Poco X6 Pro 5G phone, which I purchased on November 15, 2024. Since the day I bought it, whenever the battery runs out completely, the device does not charge at all despite there being no issue with the charger, and it does not turn on for about an hour. This happens every time the battery dies and it seriously disrupts my daily use. I believe the problem is not hardware-related but rather a software issue. It seems unreasonable to me that an Android device would be loaded with iPhone-like software, and I think this negatively affects the user experience. I have not yet contacted the authorized service or customer support because I believe this is a software error that cannot be resolved that way. My device is still under warranty, and my expectation from the brand is to have the device replaced if possible. I kindly request that this issue be resolved.
