Poco C65 Touch Screen Not Responding – Device Acting on Its Own

I purchased my Poco C65 smartphone about six months ago from Hepsiburada. Since the very first day, I’ve been experiencing serious issues such as the phone installing apps on its own, making random phone calls, and not responding to touch commands. The phone often acts as if it has a mind of its own — it moves and functions by itself, making it impossible to control at times. This situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
These problems have continued, sometimes more severely, sometimes less, ever since I first started using the device. Although the phone is still under warranty, I contacted customer service before sending it to a service center, but no solution was provided. Due to ongoing frustration and inconvenience, I eventually damaged the device out of frustration.
After such a disappointing experience, I am requesting a full refund for the product.
