I Face Poco X7 Pro Performance Problems Despite Warranty And Updates
Since March 2025, I’ve been experiencing multiple problems with my Poco X7 Pro smartphone, including overheating, freezing, lagging, slow performance, and network issues. These problems existed even before the latest update and occur almost every time I use the device.
To fix the issues, I performed a software update and even exchanged my phone once through Xiaomi’s official website, but the same problems persist. My device is still under warranty, and my invoice number is 2255522011228641. I haven’t yet contacted Xiaomi customer service, but the issues occur regardless of location or mobile operator.
I sincerely ask Xiaomi Türkiye representatives to intervene directly and provide a permanent, effective solution to these ongoing problems. I expect an immediate fix for these performance and connectivity issues.
