Poco X3 Pro Battery Drains Fast, Requires 3-4 Charges Daily Since Day One

I purchased the Poco X3 Pro 8GB RAM, 256GB model in 2021, and from the very first day, the battery performance has been disappointing. Even when the phone was brand new, I had to charge it twice a day. Now, in August 2024, I find myself needing to charge it 3 to 4 times a day. I reached out to customer service back in 2021-2022 to report these issues, but I never received a response, and no updates have resolved the problem.
I don't play games or watch movies for hours—I mainly use the phone to read books or similar content. Despite this minimal usage, the screen time still drains the battery rapidly, forcing frequent charges. I can’t imagine how often I would need to charge it if I were a heavy user. After years of this frustration, I've realized Poco is not a reliable brand. Even if offered for free, I wouldn't choose Poco again. Customer service is unresponsive, and the phone’s system is problematic. As a user of 3-4 years, I’m stuck with this phone due to circumstances, but the battery life is unbearable, especially given Turkey’s conditions.
