Poco X6 Pro Charging Delays and Connectivity Issues
I purchased the Poco X6 Pro with 12GB RAM and 512GB ROM on January 19, 2024, enticed by promises of 67W fast charging taking the battery from 0 to 100 in 45 minutes. However, the reality falls short. Charging takes an astonishing 3 hours, and the 5G reception power range is disappointingly weak. Additionally, data downloading and uploading at 2.4GHz reception feels like a technology relic from 15 years ago.
Even in airplane mode, the phone loses 30% battery within 12 hours—a stark contrast to my previous Poco X5 Pro, which boasted a 67W turbocharger and achieved a full charge in just 42 minutes. Strangely, the Poco X6 Pro only activates normal charging, leaving me uncertain whether it's a software or hardware issue.
I reached out to the place of purchase, and they advised sending the phone to service. Upon contacting the service, they mentioned the need for a report to process a refund. This experience has left me dissatisfied, as the Xiaomi Poco X6 Pro seems mismatched, revealing no software deficiency with its hardware.
