Poco X5 Pro Battery Draining Fast After Update

After installing the latest system update on my Poco X5 Pro on October 5, 2025, my phone began experiencing serious battery problems. The battery drains extremely fast, and the fast charging feature no longer works. Additionally, since the update, my phone has started to overheat noticeably, an issue that did not exist before. These problems now occur every time I use the device.
I always use the original charger and accessories, and there are no issues with them. Since my warranty period has expired, I contacted technical support but was told that I would need to pay for repairs. When I reached out to customer service, they simply advised me to visit a service center, reiterating that any assistance would be charged due to the expired warranty.
I strongly believe these issues are caused by the recent software update, not by hardware failure. I’m requesting that a corrective update be released to resolve the problem as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this matter be addressed promptly.
