Pocket Wi-Fi Turkey Took My Money but Sent No Device or Refund

I ordered a service from Pocket Wi-Fi Turkey in July 2025 and received absolutely nothing in return—no refund, no device, no response to my emails, nothing at all. Despite the claims on their website, they are not a partner of Turkcell. When I arrived in Istanbul, I was left without internet access and had to go to an official Turkcell store to purchase a data plan there—which, incidentally, ended up being cheaper than what PocketWifiTurkey charged.
