Playweez Enrolled Me Without Consent, Profiting Unfairly!

I am furious that Playweez signed me up as a member without my permission and made money off of me for months! Even though I didn't get any confirmation messages, they renewed my membership on October 26. I didn't find out until June, so I lost at least 600–700 liras. I don't understand how a membership could be made without my permission. If this problem isn't fixed, I'll bring it to the attention of the Consumer Arbitration Board. I want to get paid right away for the damage that was done. Let me be clear so there are no excuses: I've checked my messages, and I've never sent a confirmation message, and neither my child nor anyone else can do it.
