Zurich Insurance Claim File Operations Delay

I hold a car insurance policy with Zurich Insurance under policy number 31229510, and I filed a claim on 30.04.2026 in Izmir, Türkiye, under claim number 1429890. My claim concerns the total market value of my car, but despite the time that has passed, the payment has still not been made. Each time I contact Zurich Insurance, I am told that the file operations are still ongoing and not yet completed. More than one month has passed since I submitted my claim, and in my opinion, this is an unreasonably long period, especially given that no clear and concrete information has been provided about the reason for the delay or about the status of the process. I request that my claim file be urgently finalized, that the process be accelerated without any further delay, and that the full market value of my car be paid to me immediately. I also expect a clear written explanation for the delay experienced so far.
