My Android phone has been completely banned from using the Tango Live platform. This ban happened a few months ago, and since then I have not been able to use Tango at all from this device. I would like to kindly request that you review this decision and completely remove the device ban so that I can use Tango Live again from my phone and create or use an account normally. I was not aware of how to contact support earlier, and this is my first attempt to reach you and explain my situation. I respectfully ask you to reconsider the ban on my device and allow me to return to Tango Live, and I am ready to fully respect all of your community rules going forward.
