PlayStation Banned My Account After Unauthorized Payment and No Support

My Sony PlayStation account was banned, and I can't reach them in any way. The membership fee, which was ₺250, increased to ₺1500, so I canceled it thinking it was an unauthorized transaction, as it was taken without my knowledge. Then I saw that my account was banned, and it turns out Sony had taken it automatically. Anyway, my account was unbanned two weeks later. Last week, they claimed a refund was issued, and I got banned again. I've spent over ₺150,000 on this account. The phone number provided is completely unreachable, it disconnects immediately when I call. I'm trying to reach them by email, but it doesn't allow me, saying I've already sent an email before. It keeps saying a response will come within 1-3 days, but it never does. A day before I was banned, I also purchased a game. If you're banning my account, don’t take my money, refund all of it. Sony is continuously victimizing me, and I've lost my interest in playing games. If I can't find a solution here, I will take this to court. In the explanation section, it says the reason for the ban is to protect me, but it's clear the account is mine. The bank cannot reverse the transaction and refund the money, and they're asking for the refund from me. The email I received says, "You are permanently banned until the debt is paid." How am I supposed to pay this debt? I can't send an email, and there’s no way to contact by phone. Sony is playing with our minds. If there's no response, I will pursue my rights in court and demand that my account ban be lifted. A company as big as Sony shouldn’t be engaging in such shady practices.
