Sony PlayStation Charged My Credit Card Without Permission and Locked My Account
I recently discovered that Sony PlayStation charged my credit card without my authorization. When I contacted my bank to reverse this unauthorized transaction, Sony responded by permanently blocking my account. This is completely unacceptable! I purchased my PlayStation with a warranty, expecting reliable service, but instead, I’m unable to use it properly due to this unjustified restriction. I've reached out repeatedly to Sony's customer support to resolve the issue, but they’ve offered no real help or solutions. It’s incredibly frustrating that a reputable company like Sony handles customer issues so poorly. I urgently request that Sony rectify this immediately, unblock my account, and refund the unauthorized charges.
