I Can't Access My PlayStation Account Because Of 2 Step Verification, No Response To My Emails

I can't access my PlayStation Network account. After a while without using the console due to work commitments, I encountered a two-step verification prompt upon reopening it. Strangely, I never activated this feature. It seems my account was compromised, evidenced by a changed password and an unauthorized game purchase. Despite sending numerous emails to PlayStation Turkey over the past 2.5 months, I haven't received a single response. The lack of interest is truly disappointing. Unable to regain control of my account for months, and with a changed phone number hindering SMS receipt, I never anticipated such negligence from Sony. I expected, at the very least, a response to my emails sent over 2.5 months. Shame on you!
