EA Play Auto-Renewed for ₺1500 Instead of ₺200, Sony Won’t Refund

I originally purchased a one-year EA Play subscription for ₺200, but when it expired, it was automatically renewed for a shocking ₺1500! Under Turkish law, I have the right to request a refund within 14 days, and I contacted support within 24 hours to cancel. However, Sony refused my request, claiming that auto-renewal payments are non-refundable.

After this unfair response, I contacted my bank and requested a chargeback. Within days, Sony suspended both my account and my console! To make matters worse, when I try to open a support ticket using my login (y**************@outlook.com), the system keeps giving me errors. Sony Turkey needs to address this issue and reinstate my access immediately!
