PKXD Diamonds Spent but Loyalty Pets Not Delivered

Today, I purchased 75 and 20 diamonds in PKXD to get 50 and 10 Loyalty Pets, but I didn’t receive either. I tried restarting the game, but the pets still weren’t delivered. This issue is incredibly frustrating, and I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

I am filing this complaint to ensure PKXD resolves this issue immediately. I expect to receive the 10 and 50 Loyalty Pets I paid for without further delays. PKXD, please take this issue seriously and fix it as soon as possible. Players deserve to get what they pay for in the game!
