My Purchased Pets Didn’t Arrive in PK XD, and I Can’t Access My Account

I recently bought pets in PK XD, and the charge was successfully reflected on my bill. However, the pets I purchased never appeared in the game. Additionally, I can’t log into my account because the game refuses to accept my email address, even though I’m entering it correctly. I’ve tried multiple times, but nothing works, and now I can’t access my account at all. This issue is extremely frustrating, and I need immediate support to resolve it. If this matter isn’t addressed promptly, I will file a formal complaint. I expect PK XD to restore my account and deliver the items I paid for without further delay. This lack of resolution is unacceptable.
