PKXD Charged Me ₺85.99 for a Pet but I Never Received It in My Account


On April 30, 2025, I purchased a pet in PK XD for ₺85.99, but the pet never showed up in my account. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank, so the transaction went through—but I received nothing in return. There was no confirmation, no pet, no explanation—just my money gone.
What makes this worse is that there’s no proper customer service in the game. There’s no way to open a support ticket, send a message, or get real-time help. I'm completely stuck with no one to talk to, and this kind of system is unacceptable.
PKXD, I demand that you either send me the pet I paid for or issue a full refund immediately. This isn’t just a glitch—it’s my money, and you’ve taken it without delivering the product. Fix this urgently and make your support system accessible for users. I expect a fast response.
