I Bought Two PK XD Pet Sets But Got Nothing—No Support, No Refund

I purchased both the 20-pack and 10-pack pet sets in PK XD after the latest update. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account, but I never received any of the pets. At first, I got a message saying, “You already own this set,” which made no sense since I clearly didn’t. After that, even that message stopped appearing, and now there’s nothing—no pets, no explanation, no help. I’ve emailed support multiple times, but no one replies. There’s no one to talk to, and it feels like they just took my money and vanished. PK XD needs to fix this immediately—either deliver the pet sets I paid for or refund my money.
