Paid for PKXD Fox Kitty but Did Not Receive It

Today, I tried purchasing the Fox Kitty in PKXD using my credit card. I went to the in-game store, selected the Fox Kitty, and completed the purchase. However, the pet was not delivered to my account, even though ₺36 was deducted from my card. This is extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed with the game's lack of reliability. I have also noticed that many others are experiencing similar issues, with some users even losing up to ₺1000. PKXD must address this problem urgently. I am requesting an immediate resolution and the delivery of the Fox Kitty I paid for. If this cannot be resolved, I demand a refund for the amount charged.
