I Never Received My Order but It Shows as Delivered

I ordered from Getir, but even though it never arrived, the app indicates that it was delivered. It has now been three days, and the problem remains unresolved. Whenever I contact them, I hear “we’ll get back to you,” yet I never receive any actual updates. I reached out to both the app's support team and the customer service line several times, but unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved. What’s even more frustrating is the attitude that suggests the issue lies with me. The entire experience has been exhausting. I lost both time and money, and the absence of a proper response has only added to my frustration. I truly feel disappointed by how this situation was managed.
