Missing Items from Pizza Hut Order via Getir App
I ordered from Pizza Hut through the Getir app on March 15, 2024, at 13:03, and unfortunately, some items were missing when it was delivered. After I made a complaint request, they told me they couldn't help because I paid with cash when my order was delivered. To sum it up, Getir company doesn't provide any assistance to customers who choose to pay cash on delivery in these situations. I would like to request a refund for the amount I paid.
