Pizza Hut Charred Pizza Complaint

I ordered pizza, but instead of what I wanted, I received charcoal. Pizza Hut is my preferred choice, but today, the medium-sized pizza I ordered through Trendyol unfortunately arrived completely burnt, almost like charcoal. I don't understand why you would sell a product in such a poor state. In addition, I've lodged a complaint with Trendyol, hoping for a quick resolution.
