Trendyol Rejected My Refund After Delivering an Incomplete Order
I recently had a problem with Trendyol because my order was sent to me in pieces. The company sent a courier to pick up the things I wanted to return, and I was told I would get my money back. But my requests for refunds have been turned down many times, even though I did everything right. I've been a loyal customer of Trendyol for a long time and have always trusted the platform to deliver my purchases. But this experience has made me doubt its dependability. It's been very frustrating that I couldn't get my return for no good reason. It seems like the company's standards have dropped. Trendyol will no longer get my recommendation unless they fix this problem.
The last application I made was also rejected. Their own couriers, when a request was made for an incomplete order by their own customer service, said a refund would be issued, but they constantly rejected it with various excuses as if mocking me. I am now deleting the app and advising those around me to do the same. I do not recommend it to anyone; there are much more reliable options both for market-related and other shopping needs.
