Pizza Hut Messes Up with My Order Each and Every Time!!

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut Mithatpasa Umraniye Istiklal branch. It was missing and I bought it from Trendyol. I complained. It was rejected. I didn't dwell on it. Then my daughter accidentally bought it again and this time it was mixed up and not even an inch long and I complained and it was rejected. I accidentally wrote to cancel the order but unfortunately there is no result. In other words, they say I will take the order and send it to you and you can eat it. An uninterested company, no response. Either refund me or I request that you send me a new one correctly.
