On May 1, 2024, I purchased four new Goodyear Eagle Sport2 tires and had them installed on my vehicle. Immediately after installation, I noticed a severe vibration issue while driving. My tire specialist inspected the problem and confirmed that the tires were defective.
To test the theory, I replaced the Goodyear tires with another brand, and the vibration issue was completely resolved. Despite clear evidence, Goodyear refuses to acknowledge any fault with their product. This is highly disappointing, especially considering the trust I placed in the brand. I demand Goodyear take responsibility and either replace these faulty tires or provide a full refund. Customers deserve better quality and accountability from such a reputable company.
