Bridgestone Turanza T005 Balancing Problem

On April 27, 2023, I bought four Bridgestone Turanza T005 tires from Karaca Rotbalans, a sub-dealer of Gimat Prolas. On April 01, 2024, when I went to switch out my winter tires for the Turanza T005s, Karaca Rotbalans let me know that two of the tires were experiencing tread slippage and were unbalanced. It was suggested that they be returned to the factory. I followed their instructions and went back to the main dealer, Prolas, where we sent the tires to the factory. I have attached the response I received. Ever since I bought my car, it has been shaking and vibrating, giving off the feeling of being unbalanced. I'm curious if the quality of Karaca Rotbalans' services is subpar or if your dealers are causing confusion among their customers. In addition, they are requesting payment for the removal and installation services. Why should we have to suffer the repercussions of your error?

You said that you would replace one of the two tires under warranty but would only calibrate and return the other one. This makes me think of it as a stalling process, so I will take your decisions to the consumer court panel and continue to inform people about my complaints on social media.
