Zara Refund Refusal - Return Delivered, Warehouse Claiming No Receipt
On September 3, 2025, I ordered two different sizes of the product with code 4174/801/712 from Zara.com. After receiving them, neither fit, so I initiated a return on September 19, 2025, and sent the items back via DHL (tracking number: 619969376712). The returned products were delivered to Zara’s warehouse on September 22, 2025. I fully complied with the return conditions: I only tried the items on, kept the tags attached, returned them in their original box, and did not exceed the return period. My order number is 5431****690, and I paid a total of ₺2,980.00 by credit card. However, Zara informed me that no returned items were recorded in their warehouse and stated that they would neither send the products back to me nor issue a refund. I contacted Zara customer service both through Zara.com and via WhatsApp, but the only response I received was, “the warehouse did not receive the items, we cannot help,” with no solution offered. Since I met all the return requirements and have proof of delivery, I demand that my refund be processed.
