On November 15, 2024, I started a one-week trial for the PicsArt Pro Annual subscription priced at 519.99₺. I found the service unsatisfactory and planned to cancel before the trial ended. Although the subscription was supposed to charge 43.33₺ monthly, my account was charged the full 519.99₺ upfront at 14:25 on the same day.
I expected a notification or reminder before the trial ended to decide whether to continue, but no such warning was sent. Without my consent, the full amount was withdrawn, even though I wasn’t satisfied with the service. I have already submitted a refund request, but no response has been received. I demand an immediate refund of the 519.99₺ taken from my account. If not resolved, I will escalate this matter further.
