I started a 7-day trial with Picsart and specifically selected the option to be notified when the trial was ending. However, without any notification, an annual subscription was charged to my account for ₺519.99. I am not satisfied with the app and do not wish to continue with the subscription. I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged. Please address this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.
