I Got Charged ₺500 by PicsArt Before My Free Trial Ended and I Need a Refund

I had signed up for the free trial of PicsArt with the intention of canceling before it ended. However, before the trial period was even over, the platform charged me ₺500. I still had one full day left to cancel, yet the payment was taken without warning or consent.
