PicsArt Charged Me After Canceling My Free Trial – I Want a Refund
I signed up for PicsArt’s 7-day free trial, which was supposed to end today. To avoid being charged, I canceled my subscription on time, but despite that, 537₺ was deducted from my account. This is completely unacceptable!
I followed the proper cancellation process, yet PicsArt still charged me, and now I cannot reach customer service for assistance. I do not accept this unauthorized charge, and I demand an immediate refund.
If a subscription is canceled on time, the system should not take the payment. This issue needs to be fixed, and I expect a prompt resolution and a full refund immediately!
