Philips Vacuum Warranty Problems; Additional Fee for Missing Wheel

Even though I extended the warranty on my Philips vacuum cleaner to 5 years, the dealer I went to charged me to fix the main end wheels for the first time because there was only one wheel and not two. They said that the repair would be paid for if there were two wheels. This isn't right. I couldn't find the missing wheel, and now I have to pay between 500 and 800 TL for a product that was supposed to be covered by a warranty. I believe that Philips will stand up for its customers, and I hope that this problem will be fixed. When I first needed warranty service, they charged me an unfair repair fee, which made me very upset and angry. I won't buy anything from this brand again.
