Overpriced Repair for Fragile Parts at Philips Vacuum

Hello, I bought a rechargeable Philips 8000 series vacuum, but the latch that holds the extension tube in place broke after just one month. It was weak and badly made. I called the service to see if it was covered under warranty, but they told me it wasn't. Then they asked for a huge 750 TL for a small piece that wasn't even 5 cm long and wouldn't cost more than 10 TL to 3D print! I couldn't believe and couldn't believe this price. They told me in a rude way that it was the price that Philips had given them and then hung up on me. I'm very upset and promise to never buy anything else from Philips again.
